CA Vishnu Gupta has practiced as a Chartered Accountant since 1990. He served as Central Statutory Auditor for the State Bank of India, State Bank of Hyderabad, and Dena Bank, and built the banking relationships that still anchor VSP's lender network today. He was featured in the Dainik Bhaskar Luminaries Top 25, and co-authored How the Wealthy Borrow to Win with his son, CA Prakhar Gupta.

CA Prakhar Gupta cleared all three levels of the Chartered Accountancy exam on his first attempt, finishing with All India Rank 22 in CA Final. He trained at SRBC & Co LLP, an EY affiliate, in statutory audit, and at Intensive Fiscal Services, a Mumbai merchant bank, in investment banking, private equity, and IPO work. He joined VSP in December 2021 under his father and mentor, CA Vishnu Gupta, and now runs his own practice inside the firm. He co-authored How the Wealthy Borrow to Win, an Amazon bestseller, and speaks on credit strategy and fundraising at forums including the ET CFO Summit, ICAI chapters, IIT Indore SETU, TiE, and PHDCCI.
